Shipping Policy

At Chopps, we prioritize precise and prompt order handling and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Order Fulfillment and Replacement:

We make every effort to fulfill orders with utmost care. In the event of permanent unavailability, we'll either provide a comparable replacement or issue a full refund to the consumer after mutual agreement.

Risk and Place of Delivery:

Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of product loss or damage remains with us until delivery to the consumer's provided address, based on "Delivered At Place (DAP)."

Order Processing and Estimated Delivery:

Orders are processed promptly, typically within 8 days, aiming to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 PM on the same working day. The mentioned shipping times serve as estimates. Upon shipment, consumers receive a track & trace code via email. Delays or partial execution of orders will be communicated within one week of order placement. If the maximum delivery time of 30 days isn't feasible, consumers have the option to dissolve the agreement with refunds processed within 30 days.

Delivery costs are separate and vary by location. Please refer to our shipping costs for each region and their corresponding delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: €5.95, free shipping for orders above €50,- 

  • Belgium €6.95, free shipping for orders above €50,-

  • Europe and UK €7.95, free shipping for orders above €150,-

  • USA, Canada, € 14,95, free shipping for orders above €150,-

Estimated Delivery Days:

All delivery times are approximations. Please be aware that exceptional circumstances like customs might occasionally prolong delivery times up to 6 weeks.

Return Policy

At Chopps, we respect your right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days of receiving the product.


Withdrawal Process: 

You have 14 days from receipt to notify us via email at of your decision to withdraw from the agreement without specifying reasons. To exercise this right, the product must remain unopened, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with all supplied accessories following our clear return instructions.


Return Procedure for Unsatisfactory Quality: 

If the product quality is unsatisfactory after opening, inform us within 14 days of receipt via email or writing. We'll provide instructions for the return process.

Costs Incurred Upon Withdrawal: 

If you choose to withdraw, the consumer is responsible for the maximum return costs.


Refund Procedure: 

Upon receiving the returned product in original condition, we'll issue a refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Shipping costs will be refunded only if products were damaged, incorrectly delivered, or faulty. If returning for other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
